10 Simple Introspective Inquiries that can Improve Your Life in Leaps and Bounds

A contented life is in fact a blessing and though it seems to be a difficult proposition, it is not that tough to achieve the desired state in your life. In order to achieve the desired goal of a contented life you have to keep on introspecting yourself on an ongoing basis till you make it as your secondary nature and be able to apply on things whatever you do or plan.

You are bound to be bombarded with numerous problems in your daily life and in such circumstances your prime aim should be on the lines of tackling them in a fit manner and carry on with your living without getting much affected by the success or failure of such actions. Now what you see below is few age-old wisdom that has seen many of our forefathers living a peaceful life without any break.

1. What You want in real sense?

This is one of the profound questions that makes its rounds for ages. In your life you have many aspirations but have little or no time to pursue to achieve those aspirations. To start with from today, make it a point to aspire for small achievable goals and start working towards achieving it slowly. Your effort is the key here irrespective of the level or the enormity of your aspirations.

2. Should You really change?

You can see today’s teenagers and younger generations behaving quite contrast to the behaviour that were prevalent during the seventies. Identity crisis has taken over almost all the kids today and they all like to show off their dancing talents or other unique abilities that are otherwise useless in anyone’s life. First decide what is good for you and for the society; ask few questions about the worthiness of your mind’s aspirations and decide the best among them. For example, acne or pimples are the part and parcel of any teenaged person’s life and hence it is a waste of time to brood over it and waste your otherwise meaningful life’s moments.

3. Enquire what is the brighter side of anything

You are in a society today that makes you to think ephemeral things as constant and as the life’s goal; but in reality such things never lead you any where and probably you will back in the same spot after a while. Hence enquire and try to get to know the achievable benefits for any of the tasks that you do or plan to carry out in the near future.

4. Are you comfortable with what you are doing?

Once you put your mind to see what is happening then it will be easy for you to decide the best that can suit you and your tastes. Take a minute to decide on the things that might or rather might not bring in the desired satisfaction and a small thought will certainly guide you in the right direction and you may not need to repent in future for your decisions made.

5. Have you done enough for yourself?

Do you have a regular or nagging feelings that you have not done things the way you wanted or the much to your heart’s content? Discontentment is a slow poison that can prove to be dangerous and can rob your life’s peaceful and precious moments surreptitiously. Always try to do small things one at a time and derive the necessary benefits fully so as to satisfy your ever-hungry mind.

6. Are you happy the way you are today?

The art of looking at things in its true perspective needs practice and patience. Today you may be a wonderful mom or father to your kids, but the same may take a worst beating on some other day when you desist your kids from doing some action or refuse to let them partake their favorite ice creams in excess quantity. Have a level head at the praise and brickbats you receive and over a period of time you will be adept at handling any difficult situations with ease and without hurting your emotions.

7. Are you appealing to the your opposite sex?

It is one of the difficult questions that many people will say both yes and no for their answer. Whatever may be the situation, try to be neat and dress to please yourself first and to please others. If you like others’ suggestion on your hair style, there is no harm in giving it a try and see yourself in a mirror and by this way you also start giving importance to others’ opinions and respect their words.

8. How much is too much?

Again this is one of the difficult propositions to decide, be it in any matter such as money, articles, dress, food, etc., and the best possible answer could be varying with various persons. At the first instance, do an introspection and analyze whether what you are doing is really sufficient to reach the goal. If not, you can either increase your efforts or alter your goal to an achievable level.

9. How you get motivated?

How motivated are you? Again a yet another difficult question that people will answer both affirmative and negative. Do introspection and decide or arrive at the factors that motivate you the most. It may even be a cup of ice cream or even a small appreciative smile. Try and work towards achieving your goal in life with all the motivating factors at hand.

10. What Really Makes You get charged?

Analyze and find out what really makes you tick? Again as said earlier, it needs your great introspection ability to know what you really want or would like to be in future. Once decided and started off, never give up and compromise on things. Let the firm conviction be your driving force to achieve things that you have set your mind and body to and never cease to rest till you achieve the goal.
