• Fruit and Cottage Cheese Combination: Cottage cheese is rich in calcium and protein. Protein rich foods keep you satiated for a long time. Cottage cheese along with any fruit like orange is a very good combination as vitamin C has anti oxidants. It fights the free radicals which are formed because you are stressed out. Free radicals are known to cause cancer as well.

• Almonds: Almonds are very rich in zinc, magnesium and high in unsaturated fat. When you feel stressed out, try munching a handful of almonds. The vitamin E in almonds also helps in eliminating free radicals.

• Cornflakes or Crispy Rice Cereal: Cornflakes and rice cereal contain fortified vitamin B and folic acid. You may have it for breakfast or as a mid-day snack.

• Tuna: Tuna fish is rich in vitamins B6 and B12. Tuna should be cooked with less oil and a light mayonnaise. It is good to eat as lunch.

• Raw Food: Raw fruits and vegetables taken in the form of salads, bean sprouts and legumes combined with dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, pistachio and raisins will give the necessary nutrients without adding extra calories to your body. Raw food is full of anti oxidants, which is very important for cell revival.
